    YOUTH COACHING CERTIFICATION

    To help improve the sports experience of our youth, the Village of Weston has teamed up with the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) in conducting the
    National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA)clinics. These programs which are facilitated by trained clinicians, cover what volunteer coaches should be aware of when coaching youth sports, including how to organize practice and teaching the techniques of that particular sport.
